How does this work?
This custom metal cards transplanted from original chip from a plastic card. Customer need to pos their preference visa / mastercard. We recomended to send wallet card such as tng visa / gx bank / wise / mpay etc ..
Is the paywave still works after switch to metal cards?
Yes , you can choose to have paywave card or nonpaywave card(insert card & password. Paywave cards can work for insert card too.
How to send a card?
You may send your card using pos / JNT to Ovin's address. For Klang Valley, you can use Lalamove service instead, please confirm time delivery. After made an order, you will receive a message of the address to send over the card.
Can i come and do on the spot?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer COD. Card will need 1 business day to process and will return using JNT / Lalamove.
What happen to my old card?
Your original card will be send together with the new metal card.
What happen when my card expires?
Your card will expire at the same time as the card you converted. All the new card information will need to replace to the new metal card. If you decide to get a new card, we offer discounts for repeat customers.
Can i withdraw money using the metal card?
Unfortunately NO. You can withdraw the metal card at cimb atm only but not recomended because some atm machine take in the card. Preferable to use card that is not for withdrawal and to make payment only.
Is this safe?
Yes! We handle the customers cards with utmost care and DO NOT save any information. We recommend to temporarily freeze/block your card before shipping it.
